So, what exactly is Go-To-Market Fit? It refers to the process of building a repeatable and scalable growth engine for your SaaS company and its central to how Oxx partners with companies to propel them to international success.
In 2022, we published the first version of our GTMF Toolkit. It encapsulated decades worth of B2B software and SaaS expertise from the Oxx team and our network. The comprehensive toolkit was designed as a reference guide to help every SaaS leader design their own bespoke GTM strategy and can be read, reread and referred to. Since launch last year, the toolkit has been read thousands of times, and the SaaS Metrics Template has been downloaded and used by more than 600 people. Now, we’re excited to announce the release of the 2023 edition of the toolkit: expanded with more valuable insights and practical tools that will propel your SaaS company to new heights.
Highlighted updates for 2023:
- We rewrote the section on Go-to-Market Fit Accelerators, extending the chapters on positioning, pricing, and marketing. This section provides you with actionable strategies and techniques that will supercharge your GTM efforts, and we have therefore also added new downloadable templates that will help you put the learnings from this section into practice.
- We have introduced information around two metrics that are gaining increasing prominence in conversations with investors: the Burn Multiple and the Rule of 40. These have also been added to our downloadable SaaS metrics template. Since launch last year, this template has been downloaded and used by more than 600 people! The enhancement provides you with a fast and comprehensive overview of your financial data, empowering you to make informed decisions across a broad range of business challenges.
We have also extended the glossary, more than doubling the number of terms explained, and made the toolkit available in a downloadable pdf format. Whether you prefer to read the guide online or have printed the PDF version to annotate and flip through, our ultimate goal is to provide you with a valuable resource as you navigate the journey toward Go-to-Market Fit.
