Joanna joined Oxx as an IR and fundraising advisor in 2023 and is based in London.

She worked with Digital Horizon and Picus Capital venture capital firms building out the investor relations function for their early-stage fund vintage series. Prior to that she spent several years in various distribution roles in the private assets team at Schroders Capital.

Joanna holds an MBA with honors from Imperial College in London and a BA from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. She is also a CAIA charterholder and CFA in ESG Investing charter holder.
