Jessica joined Oxx in October 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in high-level administrative support and office management. Her career began at Brummer & Partners, where she transitioned from receptionist to Head of Office Management, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. Since then, she has honed her expertise as an Executive Assistant at Roschier law firm and a boutique consultancy, specialising in supporting executives and streamlining processes. She now makes sure everything is smooth sailing at Oxx.
Her journey has been marked by a passion for creating efficient systems and delivering exceptional service. At Oxx, Jessica’s curiosity, organisation, and easy-going personality make her an invaluable asset to the team. Drawing on her experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments, she understands the rhythm of the venture capital world and thrives on ensuring seamless support.
Outside of work, Jessica embraces her love for adventure and speed. Whether skiing down a mountain, boating through the archipelago, or simply driving (within legal limits!), she enjoys life’s thrills in safe conditions. Summers are spent with her family at their summer house, soaking in the outdoors and making the most of nature.
