Ingrid joined Oxx in 2020 and brings a wealth of operational experience to the team. Her extensive background in growth and marketing makes Ingrid an expert in SaaS Go-To-Market strategies, with a particular interest in Product Led Growth. She took a leading role in developing Oxx’s Go-To-Market Fit playbook. Ingrid also mentors earlier stage SaaS startups on their own growth tactics, sales and marketing alignment, pricing strategies and more.
Prior to joining Oxx, Ingrid spent six years scaling companies in the European startup ecosystem. She was most recently VP Marketing and Growth at Volumental, a 3D scanning and data platform for the retail market, where she built the company’s marketing team and built the Go-To-Market strategy to take the business from startup to scaleup. Before this, Ingrid held a number of different roles at BlaBlaCar during its journey from French startup to global market leader, in particular leading its pricing team. Ingrid started her career in energy policy at Third Way, a US think tank.
As well as focusing on sectors including the Future of Work, Ingrid is passionate about SaaS that powers sustainable development. She also leads Oxx’s Sustainability Committee, setting goals for the fund's ESG strategy.
Ingrid has an MS in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BA in Chemistry from Harvard University.
